Hypr respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on Hypr infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on Hypr.
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

If your content is removed following a notice and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with: your signature, identification of the removed content and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Hypr will terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
