Hypr Terms of Use

Last updated: August 17, 2026

By using Hypr (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility. You must be 13 or older to use Hypr.

Your account. You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity that happens under your account.

Your content. You retain ownership of anything you upload to Hypr. By uploading content, you confirm it's your own original work (or you have the rights necessary to share it), and you grant Hypr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and share that content as needed to operate the Service, including generating preview images when your work is shared via a link. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where copies reasonably persist in backups for a limited time.

AI-generated content. Hypr doesn't restrict content made with the help of AI tools, including AI-generated or AI-assisted music, visual art, or anything else. If any part of a work was made using AI, you must disclose that at submission. This isn't a judgment on the work. It's information Explorers can use to decide for themselves what they want to follow. Misrepresenting whether a work was AI-generated is a violation of these Terms. The rights and responsibilities described under Your Content above apply the same way to AI tools and their outputs as to anything else you upload.

Acceptable use. Don't upload anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything intended to harass or harm others. That's the whole list. Use good judgment.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content on Hypr infringes your copyright, see our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

Hypr's discretion. Hypr may remove any content or account, and may suspend or terminate access to the Service, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

No warranty. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification. If someone brings a legal claim against Hypr because of something you uploaded or how you used the Service, you agree to cover Hypr's reasonable costs and legal fees in defending that claim. This includes claims related to copyright, or to rights in any AI tools or outputs used to create your work.

Changes. Hypr may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
