Hypr Privacy Notice

What we collect. Account information you provide (name, username, email), content you upload, usage data (via Mixpanel analytics), and any location information you choose to add to your profile.

Why we collect it. To operate, maintain, and improve Hypr, including showing your work to other users, tracking basic engagement (like profile views and shares), and troubleshooting issues.

Who we share it with. We do not currently sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run Hypr on our behalf (currently Supabase for our database, Cloudflare for image storage, Resend for email, and Mixpanel for analytics), each bound to use it only to provide their service to us.

Cookies. Hypr uses essential cookies to keep you logged in, and Mixpanel analytics cookies to understand usage. We don't use cookies for third-party advertising.

Your rights. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing legal@hypr.me.

Children. Hypr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes. We may update this notice from time to time; the "last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. If we ever begin using personal information for advertising purposes or start sharing it with advertising partners, we will update this notice to describe that use and notify users before the change takes effect, rather than relying on this notice alone.
